My name is Allison Burton, Owner of Punch List Repairs. After managing rental properties, apprenticing and working for a general contractor and renovating my own home I created Punch List Repairs. I found that many homeowners have a lot of smaller jobs or projects that are too big for them but yet too small for a construction company. I also found that the projects or items these homeowners were wanting handled they thought they needed a plumber to do this one, an electrician, roofing contractor etc... Where as 90% of the time it was minor or smaller projects that I could do. I take pride in approaching every homeowner job as if it were my own.
